Concept of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)
RF-ID is a technology where an electronic TAG is attached on an object to recognize the surrounding environment and with which data is exchanged and processed in real-time with previous IT systems.
Technical characteristics of RFID
The antenna supplies power to the TAG and the TAG transmits data as a response. The tag and reader communicate using magnetic fields or electromagnetic waves.
